John Haffner grew up in Trenton, TX. He is a 2010 graduate of the Southwest School of Bible Studies in Austin, TX. He and his wife, Hanna, were married in 2012. They have been blessed with two sons, Charlie and Henry. They are currently serving with the Granbury Street church of Christ in Cleburne, TX where John has been preaching since 2019.
